Many relationships do survive infidelity. In fact, some couples describe their relationship as stronger and more honest afterward. But it isn't guaranteed, it isn't automatic, and it isn't something anyone can promise you in advance. What matters most is whether both people are willing to be honest, accountable, and consistent through the work that follows. Couples counseling can help you find out, together, whether rebuilding is possible for you. -
No. Many people start therapy without knowing whether they want to rebuild the relationship or end it. That clarity often comes through the process, not before it.
-
Yes. Your partner doesn't have to be ready, or even willing, for you to begin. Individual therapy for the betrayed or unfaithful partner is valuable on its own, and couples work often becomes possible once each person has some individual footing.
-
I work with individuals and couples which includes betrayed partners, partners who were unfaithful, and couples working through it together.

Yes. Sessions are confidential, consistent with the standard limits required by law (such as risk of harm to yourself or others). If discretion matters to you beyond that, such as how you're contacted, how appointments are confirmed, simply let me know, and we'll set that up in whatever way feels safest for you.

Individual sessions are $180; couples sessions are $225. I'm private-pay only. I don't bill insurance directly or provide superbills, so sessions are paid at the time of service.

The truth is there's no fixed timeline. Your recovery depends on the depth of the betrayal, whether you're working individually or as a couple, and what "recovery" means for you. Most couples I work with are in active therapy for several months to a year, sometimes longer; individual work can be shorter or longer depending on what you're working through.

Both. I see clients in person in Oklahoma City and online throughout Oklahoma.

Yes. Infidelity recovery coaching is available to you if you're outside Oklahoma. Coaching is a structured, supportive service. It doesn't involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions the way licensed therapy does, which is what allows me to work with people wherever they're located, since counseling licensure doesn't cross state lines. For most people, the day-to-day content of the work looks similar either way.

Therapy is a licensed clinical service, and it's what I offer to clients located in Oklahoma. Coaching is non-clinical and doesn't involve diagnosis or treatment. This option available to you if you're outside Oklahoma. If you're unsure which applies to you, it usually comes down to where you live rather than the severity of what you're going through.

Yes. General couples counseling covers the full range of relationship issues. But infidelity recovery is what I focus on specifically, so the process, the pacing, and the questions I ask are built around what actually happens after an affair. My approach not adapted from a generic framework.
